Terms of Service

Welcome to Caiesar ("Caiesar," "I," "me," or "my"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of caiesar.com (the "Site") and any Growth Playbook or related services purchased through it (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Caiesar Provides

Caiesar sells a one-time, custom growth report ("Growth Playbook") that includes analysis of your website's growth funnel, organic traffic, competitors, and a prioritized growth roadmap. The Playbook is delivered digitally via email, typically within 3–4 business days of you submitting your business details.

Caiesar is a one-person business. There is no ongoing subscription, retainer, or account/dashboard access included. This is a single-delivery service.

2. Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to that provider's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices are listed on the Site at the time of purchase and may change for future customers at any time, including due to limited-time or tiered pricing.

3. What I Need From You

After purchase, you'll be asked to complete a short intake form with information about your business, website, and goals. The accuracy and completeness of your Playbook depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. I am not responsible for inaccuracies in your Playbook caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted by you.

4. Optional Third-Party Access

You may choose to grant temporary access to certain tools or platforms, for example Google Analytics or Google Search Console, to help produce a more accurate Playbook. This access is entirely optional.

You are solely responsible for managing and revoking any access you grant. Once your Playbook has been delivered, it is your responsibility to remove any access previously provided to Caiesar. Caiesar is not liable for access that remains active after delivery if you did not revoke it, and is not responsible for any consequences arising from access you choose to leave active.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Playbook, you may request a refund of up to 75% of your purchase price. Refund requests should be made by contacting me directly at support@caiesar.com. Refunds are issued at my discretion based on the specific circumstances of the request.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Growth Playbook is strategic guidance based on analysis and professional experience. It is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, traffic increase, revenue increase, or ranking improvement. Results depend on many factors outside my control, including how and whether you implement the recommendations. Caiesar is not liable for business decisions made based on the Playbook.

7. Not Professional Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing in your Playbook constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant business, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Playbook is prepared specifically for your business and is yours to use for your own business purposes. Caiesar retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying insights from completed work to improve its services, but will not share your specific business information with third parties without your consent (see Privacy Policy).

9. Use of AI Tools

Caiesar uses AI-assisted tools as part of the research and analysis process, combined with manual review and strategic judgment. This allows for faster turnaround and lower pricing than traditional consulting.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caiesar's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your Playbook. Caiesar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
