This Privacy Policy explains how Caiesar ("Caiesar," "I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you purchase or use the Growth Playbook service through caiesar.com (the "Site").
1. Information You Provide
When you purchase a Growth Playbook, I collect the information you submit through the checkout process and the post-purchase intake form, which may include:
Your name and email address
Your business name and website URL
A description of your business, products/services, and goals
Any other business information you choose to share to help tailor your Playbook
2. Access You May Choose to Grant
Depending on your business, you may optionally choose to grant temporary access to certain tools or platforms to help me produce a more accurate analysis, for example Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools. This access is entirely optional and is only used to prepare your Growth Playbook.
You are responsible for managing and removing any access you grant. Once your Playbook has been delivered, it is your responsibility to revoke or remove any access you previously provided, for example removing Caiesar as a user on Google Analytics or Search Console. Caiesar is not responsible for access that remains active after delivery if it was not revoked by you.
3. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to:
Analyze your business, website, traffic, and competitors
Prepare and deliver your custom Growth Playbook
Communicate with you about your order or support questions
Process payment (handled by a third-party payment provider)
4. Third-Party Sharing
I do not sell your personal or business information. Your information may be shared with third parties only in these limited cases:
Payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by my payment provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). I do not store your card details.
AI-assisted analysis tools. I use AI tools to help speed up research and analysis. Business information you submit, such as your website, industry, and public business details, may be processed through these tools as part of preparing your Playbook.
Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud or misuse.
I do not share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
I retain your business information for as long as needed to deliver your Playbook and provide any related support afterward. If you'd like your information deleted after delivery, you can request this at support@caiesar.com.
6. Data Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You share information with me at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing support@caiesar.com. I'll respond as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
